The staff were really helpful and very helpful, you should know it. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect for Verona, close enough to the main square, cafes, and a residential area. Spent our evenings in nearby La Terrazzina enjoying drinks and atmosphere...
Sadly, but there was mold in some areas.

The rooms at Residenza Borgo Trento are absolutely perfect! They have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, which made me feel so comfortable during my stay. The private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries was a great touch too. I also loved the fact that all the rooms have a wardrobe because it gave me plenty of space to organize my things. Plus, the memory foam mattresses were incredibly cozy!
Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like about the room.
